Saturn’s Smart MoverID using NCOALink TM and ANKLink TM
Now mailers will be able to update a database and process a mailing list using
new data store technology. Address data is updated weekly and the information
is never more than 18 months old. This new technology is called
NCOALink TM. Saturn Corporation is a
non-exclusive licensed limited service provider of the United States Postal
Service's NCOALink TM product.
What it does
NCOALink TM provides a way
to increase protections for the data while maintaining compliance with legal
requirements. The technology process results in a mathematical formulation
instead of a clear text address list. This provides a high level of security
and allows mailers through Saturn to integrate NCOALink TM
into their own database. Now address-specific information can be updated in the
course of regular business operations.
ANKLink TM identifies the 19-48 month move records as a full service provider does but doesn't provide the address.
This will allow you the opportunity to remove
these 19-48 month records or send these records to a full
service provider to provide the new address.
What its benefits are
Mailers benefit by managing correct address information for their customers,
reducing mailing costs and cutting business costs associated with handling
inaccurate address information that results in undeliverable mail.
How NCOALink TM
differs from NCOA data
NCOALink TM is a secure
dataset of approximately 60 million permanent USPS changes of address.
Information returned from an NCOALink TM
inquiry is a mathematical 11-digit representation of the new address. No text
address data is embedded in the NCOALink TM
data as is the case with NCOA data.
Now NCOALink TM opens up new
opportunities for mailers to use the mail as the most effective communication
medium at the lowest possible cost.
