Caging
Response Handling is an integral part of the Direct Mailing Industry and we have added this service to compliment our existing services.
Responses come to the post office where we pick them up daily. The mail is sorted as to origin and opened. It is then sorted again by method of payment. We return to the client anything that needs their attention and total and batch the rest. The response information goes directly to our customer's database. We do the banking and send the stat sheet to our customer via e-mail. By the next day we've put the response gift acknowledgements in the mail.
Having Saturn take the responses right to the bank and our customers' databases has proven to be wildly popular. So popular, in fact, that our caging service has spread from the Netherlands, across the United Kingdom and France, and in the United States.
Saturn's facilities can handle a million transactions per month.
